  1. The application fee must be submitted with the application form。
  2. A student's study load for full-time university courses at Coquitlam college is normally 9 credits per semester (for three courses) and up to 15 credits per semester (for five courses)。The full-time study load of senior high school courses and English courses is four courses per semester。
  3. The applicant must enroll in a full-time course for at least two semesters and pay a tuition deposit for two semesters。
  4. All students, whether full-time or part-time, enrolled in the High School program and in the English language program are required to pay a deposit for books。 Students will receive a partial refund of their deposit after deducting the cost of unreturned and damaged books upon completion of the course or upon leaving the institute。

  6. All students are required to pay the fees associated with registration for the semester on time。Students who owe money will not be able to access coquitlam's student-side website, nor will they be able to obtain grades or transcripts。Paying in advance does not exempt students from future fee increases。

  8. All students are required to have medical insurance。Students can obtain the Private Health Insurance Application Form and the BC Health Insurance Plan (Medicare Card) Application form at the College office。
  9. High school students who receive double credit pay a fee of $500 Canadian。High school students can take college transfer credit courses and earn credits upon graduation from high school。 This fee is $300 Canadian for Canadian citizens or permanent residents。
  10. If a course extension is requested, students must pay a fee of $150 per course。
